Introduction to TCH electric hoist

　　TCH electric hoist is a new generation of wire rope electric hoist developed independently on the basis of digesting and absorbing the DH type wire rope electric hoist produced by German Demag in the 1980s.All parts are domestically produced.The lifting capacity includes 2t,3.2t,4t,5t,6.3t,8t,10t,12.5t,16t,20t,25t,32t,40t,and 50t.According to the needs,it can be extended to 63t and 80t through pulley ratio conversion.The lifting height can be extended to 6m-120m,and there are various options available for different power sources,lifting speeds,and working levels,which can meet the needs of different work occasions.

This type of gourd has the following advantages:

　　1.Structural advantages

　　(1)The square structure is convenient for installation and transportation,and can meet the requirements of different directions and multiple directions for simultaneous rope pulling.

　　(2)The reducer is built into the drum,and the motor is connected to the reducer through a coupling.The reducer directly drives the drum to work through an involute spline shaft,with strong load-bearing capacity.At the same time,it solves the safety hazard of CD and MD electric hoists that are prone to quick shaft bending and flying out when the lifting height is high.

　　(3)The structural forms include fixed,suspended,low clearance,and double beam electric hoists,which can meet the needs of different working occasions.

　　2.Performance advantages

　　(1)The design benchmark is higher than national industry standards and synchronized with European FEM standards:working levels M4 and M5.

　　(2)The existing conical rotor motor with good cost-effectiveness for lifting motors:protection level IP54,insulation level F,grounding duration 40%ED,with thermal switch or thermistor protection.The dual speed adopts a double winding 16:4 variable speed motor,suitable for frequent starting conditions.There are also high-performance variable frequency brake motors that use electromagnetic brakes,which have functions such as brake opening detection and brake pad wear alarm.They are environmentally friendly brake materials,and the normal service life of the brake pads is not less than 1 million times.

　　(3)The reducer adopts a three-level planetary transmission mechanism,and the gears are processed with gear grinding technology,which has high accuracy,good strength and wear resistance,compact structure,and high transmission efficiency.The reducer is equipped with an oil purification device,and the reducer has undergone good running in,effectively improving the gear life;The reducer is maintenance free.

　　(4)The coupling adopts a star wheel structure and is no longer a vulnerable part of an electric hoist.

　　(5)The drum is made of thick walled seamless steel pipes,with good strength and light self weight.

　　(6)The steel wire rope adopts lifting wire contact steel wire rope and surface contact steel wire rope,with high strength and durability.

　　(7)The anti tangle rope guide effectively prevents the phenomenon of wire rope entanglement during the lifting and lowering process.It adopts an overall automatic adjustment structure,with good strength and durability,and is no longer a vulnerable part of electric hoists.

　　(8)Adopting cam limit,accurate limit can be achieved at both fast and slow speeds.

　　(9)The phase error protection and phase loss protection of the power supply,as well as the use of Schneider products for AC contactors,intermediate relays,air switches,etc.,have excellent electrical performance.

　　(10)The protection level of the switch is IP65,and the dual speed flashlight button adopts a double-layer contact sequence action.When starting,it first connects to slow speed and then switches to fast speed.When stopping,it first switches from fast speed to slow speed and then stops.The operation is stable and there is no impact.

　　(11)Equipped with overload protection,the pivot pin sensor is a part of the hoist,with a compact structure,high accuracy,and lifting capacity display.

　　(12)According to user requirements,a second brake can be installed.Regardless of any component in front of the drum losing control,the second brake can be applied in a timely manner to ensure the safety of user life and property.

　　3.Cost performance advantage

　　(1)The distance between the center of the hook of the low clearance electric hoist and the rail surface of the single beam is about 300~600mm smaller than that of the common LDA single beam,and the effective lifting height of the single beam crane has been greatly improved.Solve many difficulties such as insufficient lifting height.Applied to newly built factories,it can reduce the height of factory construction and greatly save the infrastructure cost of the factory.

　　(2)The self weight of the double beam electric hoist is only about half of the self weight of the QD crane trolley,and its height dimension is reduced by about 200-450mm compared to the QD trolley.Not only does the main beam and end beam sections of the crane decrease,but the overall self weight is greatly reduced,and the effective lifting height of the double beam crane is also greatly improved.Applied to newly built factories,it can reduce the height of factory construction and greatly save the infrastructure cost of the factory.

　　(3)The overall efficiency of the TCH series electric hoists is higher than that of CD and MD electric hoists.According to the"Energy Efficiency Limit for Electric Hoists"standard,they belong to energy-saving electric hoists,and the TCH series electric hoists have a broader prospect.

　　(4)Compared with foreign imported products,the TCH series electric hoists have the same operational performance and reliability,but their price is less than half of the imported price.

　　(5)Significant localization advantages

　　All components of the TCH series electric hoist have been localized and can be mass-produced.Improved response speed of spare parts,which can better serve customers.

　　4.Other advantages

　　(1)The diameter of the winding drum of the TCH series electric hoist is much larger than that of the winding drum with ABM as the main engine,and the winding drum is correspondingly shorter,with a more compact structure and an increased service life of the steel wire rope.Suitable for manufacturing electric hoists with large lifting heights.

　　(2)Multiple lifting speeds are available(ABM structure with single lifting speed),which can meet the requirements of bidding and users.

　　(3)Can install drum brakes(ABM structure cannot).
