Inspection and maintenance of electric hoist pulleys

　　The reason why electric hoists can lift heavy objects is because their components cooperate with each other.Electric hoists achieve the purpose of lifting heavy objects through a sling composed of pulleys,wire ropes,and hooks.Therefore,after using electric hoists,attention should be paid to the maintenance of each component.Today,I will share with you the inspection and maintenance of wheel replacement.

　　1.In daily maintenance,it should be emphasized to check whether there are cracks on the pulley,which can also be observed through a magnifying glass.If any cracks are found,they should be immediately scrapped.Inheritance through welding cracks is prohibited.

　　2.Check if there is severe friction between the pulley groove and the wire rope,and if there is any phenomenon of wire rope detachment in the future.

　　3.Check the wear level of the pulley,and if it exceeds the designed wear range,it should be immediately scrapped and replaced with a new pulley to ensure homework safety.

　　4.Check whether the pulley shaft is securely connected,whether the pulley rolls flexibly,and whether there is any abnormal noise.A fixed inspection should be conducted once a month and the pulley should be lubricated to ensure its good working condition.
