Use and maintenance of TCH electric hoist

　　1.For newly installed or dismantled electric hoists,they should first undergo several empty car test runs.But before the installation is completed,do not turn on the power for trial operation.

　　2.Before normal use,carry out a 10 minute static load test with 125%rated load and about 100 mm from the ground to check whether it is normal.

　　3.The dynamic load test is a test of repeated lifting and moving left and right with the rated load weight.After the test,check whether the mechanical transmission part,electrical part and connection part are normal and reliable.

　　4.During use,it is prohibited to use it in an impermissible environment,or in situations where the rated load and rated closing frequency per hour(120 times)are exceeded.

　　During installation,debugging,and maintenance,it is necessary to strictly check whether the limit device is flexible and reliable.When the hook is raised to the upper limit position,the distance from the hook shell to the drum shell must be greater than 50mm(10t,16t,20t must be greater than 120mm).When the hook is lowered to the lower limit position,the safety ring of the steel wire rope on the drum should be ensured,and the effective safety ring must be at least 2 turns.

　　6.It is not allowed to press two manual switch buttons simultaneously to move the electric hoist in the opposite direction.After completing the work,the main switch of the power supply must be opened and the power supply must be cut off.8.The electric hoist should be operated by a dedicated person,and the operator should fully grasp the safety operating procedures.It is strictly prohibited to pull or lift it sideways.

　　9.During use,specialized personnel must regularly inspect the electric hoist,take timely measures if any faults are found,and carefully record them.

　　When adjusting the braking sliding amount of the electric hoist,it should be ensured that under the rated load,the braking sliding amount S is≤V/100(V is the stable lifting distance within one minute of the load).

　　11.Scrapping standards for steel wire ropes:The inspection and scrapping standards for steel wire ropes shall be in accordance with CB/T5972-1986"Code of Practice for Inspection and Scrapping of Steel Wire Ropes for Cranes".

　　12.During the use of electric hoists,sufficient lubricating oil must be maintained and kept clean,free from impurities and dirt.

　　13.When oiling the steel wire rope,a hard bristle brush or wooden small pieces should be used,and it is strictly prohibited to directly oil the working steel wire rope by hand.

　　14.When the electric hoist is not working,it is not allowed to suspend heavy objects in the air to prevent permanent deformation of the parts.

　　15.If a malfunction is found during use,the main power supply should be immediately cut off.

　　16.Special attention should be paid to the condition of vulnerable parts during use.

　　17.10~20t hoist may automatically power off after a long period of continuous operation,which belongs to the overheat protection function of the motor.At this time,it can be lowered.After a period of time,the hoist can continue to work after the motor has cooled down.
