Inspection and equipment operation status of TCH electric hoist after maintenanc

Before the maintenance of the electric hoist is completed,the equipment needs to be inspected,and the main inspection items include:

　　1.The connecting bolts of the end cover should not be loose.The screws of the fan guard should be tightened without external deformation.

　　2.There should be no oil leakage at the joint of the gearbox.And carry out comprehensive cleaning work.

　　3.The adjusting nut behind the fan brake wheel should not be loose,and the running distance of the brake wheel should meet the requirements.

　　4.The brake wheel of the handling fan should not be too tight and should rotate freely.

　　5.Check whether the installation of the flame arrester and the power terminal are tightened and reliable,and whether the action is flexible.

　　6.The running track is indeed firmly grounded,and the insulation resistance between phases and ground of the winding should be qualified when tested with a 500 volt megohm meter.The measured values are all 40 megohms.

　　7.The DC resistance of the three-phase winding is measured using a 500 type multimeter,with each phase resistance balanced,and the measured value is around 0.9 ohms.

　　8.Cleaning phenomenon.Remove the lifting equipment and box rack.Connect the power lead properly.

　　9.Remove rust from the motor casing and other components with a steel wire brush or coarse gauze,clean them with gray paint,and use the electric hoist to heat and dry them.

After maintenance,the electric hoist should be carefully and strictly monitored after being put into operation.The monitoring items include:

　　1.The protective device must be matched with the fuse according to the motor operation regulations to ensure normal operation.Does the overcurrent relay provide overload and overcurrent protection.Otherwise,it should be replaced.

　　2.Inspection of monitoring device:three-phase voltage test is balanced,all of which are 400V.Three phase power supply test,no-load and load current are basically balanced,reaching 5 A and 7-9 A respectively.The temperature rise of the thermometer test casing is 51℃.

　　3.Appearance inspection:All mechanisms are balanced and reliable.The reducer does not leak oil.There is no abnormality in the I-beam or crane frame.

　　4.Trial listening of electric hoist:Is there any change in sound compared to the former.

　　5.After maintenance,it was put into operation for one year in April and the situation was normal.

　　6.The car track is indeed firmly grounded.The insulation resistance between phases and ground of the winding tested with a 500 volt megameter should be qualified,and the measured values are all 40 megaohms.

　　11.Using a 300mm long wooden handle to change the knife,one end is close to the casing and the other end is close to the ear.It is normal to hear a buzzing sound.It is normal to conduct no load,static load,and dynamic load tests before it can be put into operation.
